Cooking Food

Hi,

We are not new in food industry but started this blog a little late, but "its better late". Actually I am not alone my family is also with me to share their expertise. Cooking and baking is our hobby for years. Few years back we planned to share our recipes to other as well. So we started out Facebook page with our starting name "aala.cuisine". Aala means "Excellent"in Hindi and urdu. It has many other meaning in other languages and I am not going to discuss it yet.

After some time we started our channel at Youtube with a title of "Food Segment" where we are sharing some of our favorite recipes. Instagram is also very responsive in these days, so, we are also there as "aala_cuisine". We are getting likes for our efforts and that is quite encouraging for us. Though it is at small level but we are consistent and ambitious to achieve our goals.

For last few years I have shared my views on Social issues and Gardening through Blogger and Wordpress. These both forums are excellent and now I am back at my favorite forums. There are some recipes that are regional and may be most of you are not familiar to those but it is good. We are intending to add recipes from different cuisines.

Finally, we need your support to promote our channel and we will do our best to do the best.
