Ultimate saucy Pasta with chicken and vegetables | With extra sauce and ...
Hi everyone,
Here is our all time favorite recipe that we love to have in our lunch and dinners. Yes, it is chicken vegetable saucy pasta with herbs. Traditionally, this Italian recipe is prepared in small quantity of red sauce, but we like more saucy pasta. We made few changes to alter the taste and it worked very well.
We initially tried at home and were keen to have it often. But that was not enough, so we decided to share with our friends. They like it very much and this encouraged us to improve it. It was our foremost priority to share this recipe at the earliest but could not make it happen. But it is never too late. We are sharing our favorite recipe.
Initially, I love to add chopped garlic in olive oil and then rosemary for a different flavor and fragrance. It is still our favorite way to cook but sometime we change it for our friends. For more chicken flavor, we added lots of chicken stock and few ketchup with Italian herbs and famous soy, chilies sauces. Vegetables have their own role to enhance the flavors because we cook the vegetables for a few time in chicken stock to merge the flavors. This all combination is awesome.
Many people are vegetarian and do not like meat based recipes so, they have the option to exclude the chicken, stock and sausages. In lieu of it, they can use vegetables stock that is also an interesting addition to this lovely recipe. Enjoy it in your way.
Thanks and regards,
Bon Appetite!
